Center of Excellence
While prioritizing the needs and interests of its customers, NINtec focuses on delivering the best possible solutions, at the very best prices, in the shortest possible time. In order to do so, it is vital that we recycle experience, keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advances and constantly hone the skills of our team. Our dedicated Center of Excellence (CoE) model helps us achieve all of the above goals.
We have both Technical CoEs that provide technology direction and support and dedicated Process CoEs that focus on process improvement and delivery set-ups. This CoE model corresponds to the following advantages in terms of deliveries and, in turn, our end-customers:
- Efficiency Improvement:Application development/Product Development best practices and experience gained from successful projects are consolidated in a central archive and provided to all project teams via a single source. There is no need, therefore, ‘to reinvent the wheel’.
- Continuous Improvement: Best practices in relation to processes, technologies, tools and artefacts are collected from various projects throughout the organization. These are then standardized and improved and then re-distributed to the entire organization, thereby shortening the learning curve for new projects.
- Business Alignment: The CoE model helps our organization align itself with the business goals of our customers with IT priorities, resulting in improved end-user services.
- Employee Career advancement: The CoE model creates compelling career opportunities for the NINtec team and also provides a platform which allows experience to be gained with the latest tools, technologies and processes. This motivates employees to learn and grow within the organization and therefore indirectly helps maintain a lower rate of attrition.
- Ability to understand and offer latest and best possible solutions: Our CoE model not only helps us understand the customers' requirements more effectively but also enables us to recommend our customers the best possible solutions which employ the latest technologies and standards.
